I'm trying to reach someone in the office but am having trouble getting through to a live person. Why is that?
The answer to this depends on when you are calling. Phones are generally answered between 9 am - 5 pm ET and we are often busy with clients during that time, sometimes making it impossible to pick up the phone. We do check voicemail regularly, however, and return all calls and emails as quickly as possible. We also close the office from time to time for some much needed R & R. br> br> Our personalized customer service does take time and we appreciate your patience if you are having trouble reaching us. Tip: the fastest way to reach us is via email and we often reply to emails on weekends and evenings as needed.
I'm confused! Are you TwoBrides.com, TwoGrooms.com or GayWeddings.com?
We founded TwoBrides.com & TwoGrooms.com in 1999, when Gretchen Hamm, a straight "mother of a bride," couldn't find any products for her daughter's same sex wedding. In the fall of 2005, we acquired GayWeddings.com and, in the fall of 2006, began a transition into the form of a new & improved boutique serving lesbian brides and gay grooms on the same site. So, simply put, all three sites belong to us, and, though we still hold dearly our hertitage as TwoBrides.com & TwoGrooms.com, the original, pioneering boutiques for same sex weddings, we are now proud to refer to ourselves as GayWeddings.com.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Yes, we are a U.S.-based company and have chosen to serve our many international customers even though logistics and shipping costs can be challenging at times for all parties.
Please note that we list all prices in U.S. Dollars. And, upon checkout, we offer our most accurate shipping estimate for international orders and follow up with updated information in a timely fashion to help our customers make an informed decision about shipping costs, fuel surcharges, and customs duties. Regardless of our original estimates, which we make to the best of our ability, the customer is responsible for all shipping & handling charges. Please don't hesitate to contact us with questions about shipping overseas or to Mexico or Canada.
Will you send me a printed catalog of your products?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer a printed catalogue of our products. If you are in the Washington DC Metro area, you can stop by our showroom to review print materials and see products. Or, you can contact us and we can send you some specific examples of products if you have no other access to the Internet.
Why do you have some products and invitation wording for straight couples in some of your product lines if you specialize in same sex weddings?
Though the market has come a long way since we first entered it, and we have worked tirelessly to encourage vendors to change policies and develop new products, we still have miles to go. Two of our invitation vendors, Regency and Carlson Craft, offer us an off-site storefront and, because we choose to offer their full line of products, we also choose to display their products and verses which are, in large part, geared toward the heterosexual market.
We ask your patience as the redevelop their sites and we also offer our commendation, in particular, to Carlson Craft, for their willingness to work directly with us to eliminate heterosexual bias from their storefront and to develop special offerings for our community.
If the heterosexual bias is too frustrating to overlook, we encourage you to contact us so that we can serve you directly or we encourage you to shop at our OutVite.com storefront, where you'll find a wonderful line of gay-friendly invitations and stationery products.
