GayWeddings.com is pleased to offer its professional consulting services for busy brides and grooms who are looking for a little extra support and seasoned inspiration in the early phases of planning for their celebrations.

Our personalized planning services range from introductory, hour-long consultation sessions to the Gay Weddings 101 Seminar series and more extensive flat rate consultation packages.

Appointments in the Metro DC area may take place in person; other appointments will be conducted via phone.

Many couples, especially our couples who would like to do most of the planning themselves but would like a little nudge to get them pointed in the right direction, choose our initial consultation package. This session offers each couple an hour of our undivided time and attention to learn more about each couple's wedding vision, interests and wedding planning needs and will include specific recommendations and ideas to help the couple advance to the next level of planning. Most sessions are led by gay wedding expert, Kathryn Hamm, M.S.W.

Should a couple decide to book a consultation agreement with GayWeddings.com (available with flat or hourly fee and determined on a case-by-case basis), this initial consultation fee will be credited toward the initial deposit.

Additional consultation hours, if needed, are scheduled at $75/hour.

Please note that introductory consultation sessions are pre-paid. Package refunds will only be offered for cancellations which are made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
