Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange, credit, or refund, with the exception of any personalized products or special orders. These are not returnable.
If the item was damaged in transit:
Please contact us to describe the circumstance and request our assistance in exchanging the item. Please include your order number when contacting us.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase:
Please contact us, alerting us that you are requesting a return and we will assign an RMA number to be included with your return. Any return should be re-packed in its original box, include the assigned RMA, the packing slip, order number, and a note regarding the reason(s) for your return and whether you wish to exchange your item(s), credit the price toward another purchase, or receive a refund. We recommend that you contact us prior to shipping your return so that we can work with you to clarify any questions or concerns.

In order to receive a refund, products must be received in their original condition with all original packaging. If your item was shipped without a packing slip or if you have questions, please contact us.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel any GayWeddings.com order within 24 hours of placing your order. Personalized orders may be canceled if the item has not yet been personalized.To cancel, please contact us or call 703-875-3164 to determine order status. Include or state your Order Number when contacting us.
Vendor Listing Cancellation
You may cancel a Basic level listing in our gay-friendly directory at any time. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the account to be canceled and removed from our site. You may also cancel any annual premium level listing (Active, Works! or Ultimate level) and request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your term. We request 30 days notice to cancel your paid listing. Unless canceled within 24 hours of placing your order, quarterly level listings are not eligible for a refund, but the listing can be removed from the site upon request.
Destination Wedding Package Policies
GayWeddings.com in no way represents vendors offering Destination Wedding Packages in the boutique or the jurisdictions in which Destination Wedding Package services are offered. GayWeddings.com offers no warranties or guarantees regarding any package booked with these vendors nor any marriage application process undertaken in any jurisdiction and advises all clients to seek legal counsel to understand their individual rights and any applicable federal, state or local laws pertaining to same-sex marriage. Any refunds or complaints should be directed to the provider of the package.
