OFFICE HOURS & HOLIDAYS
Our web site remains open for shopping and information gathering 24-7.
Our staff is generally available by phone weekdays, from 9 - 5 pm ET.
We do our best, however, to be as available as possible via email 7 days a week
to answer questions, fulfill orders, and address concerns.
Presently, we have "by appointment" office hours on Monday - Friday (except Wednesdays), but we are also available
seven days a week via email, cell phone and by appointment.
Orders placed in our boutique will be processed within 1-2 business days and we take special care to process promptly
orders which specify expedited shipping.
Every so often, we close up shop and take a little break; most often to spend time with family across the U.S.
Though we do monitor emails during these times and occasionally process orders by special request, we do our best to leave
our work at the office.
To help you plan ahead with your wedding needs, please consider the following dates as times when we expect to
close the office or have modified office hours:
